What the app reads
On a Romanian receipt or invoice, eConta looks for type, vendor, tax ID, number, date, total, VAT, and line items. If the tax ID is recognized, you also see the ANAF record. If a field is wrong, you fix it before export.
Waybills
For a company car: registration, loan contract, and the sheet. They are not counted as scans.
Where the data goes
Export is for office work: XML for Saga, or Excel for a list. We do not replace the accounting program. We fill the fields you would otherwise type.
