eConta is built for offices in Romania. You add the company, upload the receipt or invoice, the app reads the fiscal fields, you check them — including the tax ID with ANAF — then you export Excel or Saga. A firm can also keep waybills: you describe the trips in words, and the odometer starts from the real dashboard reading. The car loan contract (comodat) is made here too. The office owner keeps the companies and the team. A colleague works on the companies you assign. Someone at the firm can be invited only to upload. eConta is made in Timișoara.
