What eConta does

The app and its detailed pages are in Romanian. Here is each feature in short.

Reading receipts and invoices

From a photo or PDF: supplier, tax ID, number, date, total, VAT and line items. Several receipts in one photo become separate documents. Odd results are flagged “to check”.

Export to Saga

XML files for Saga from the checked documents (one per document, zipped for several). Bank statements go out as a CSV Saga imports. The Excel export is one flat sheet, ready to import.

Bank statements

Read from PDF, photo, Excel or CSV. Each transaction is matched to the receipt or invoice it pays, only when the match is certain.

Documents by email

The office gets an address on econta.tax (paid plans). Attachments, including e-Factura XML and archives, are read and filed under the company with the buyer’s tax ID.

Waybills (foi de parcurs)

The car from a photo of its registration, trips described in words, the odometer from the real reading. Excel, print or a link. Not counted as documents.

Car loan contract (comodat)

The contract for a car the company uses for free, with the handover report, in Word or PDF.

eTollRO invoices

For hauliers: the CNAIR invoice and its per-km or route-ticket annex, checked row by row, exported to Saga or Excel by vehicle and road category.
