No app fixes an unreadable slip. If tax ID, date or total is missing, there is nothing to book.
On a Romanian fiscal receipt you look for, in practice: issuer name, tax ID, receipt number, date, amount paid, and VAT where it is printed. Without those, reimbursement is an argument, not an entry.
Ask for a straight, lit, complete photo. eConta reads what is on the paper. It does not invent what is not there.
