Many offices keep receipts in Excel, then type them into Saga. Two transcriptions, two chances to slip.
If the data is already structured — vendor, tax ID, amounts — XML export is a step, not a project. eConta builds the file from checked documents. It does not open Saga for you. It fills what you would check anyway.
Excel stays for lists. Same idea: one read, then the format the program asks for.
